John J. McKetta, American chemical engineer, Died at 103
John J. McKetta Jr. was born on October 17, 1915, in Wyano, Pennsylvania and died on January 15, 2019.
He was an American chemical engineer.
He was known for his research on more efficient ways to create energy and the thermodynamic properties of hydrocarbons.
McKetta was elected to the National Academy of Engineering and, in 2009, was selected by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers as one of the "50 Chemical Engineers of the Foundation Age.
McKetta turned 100 in October 2015. John J. McKetta passed away at 103 years old.

Thelma Delia Suklenik was born in 1944 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and died on January 15, 2019.

Then, she was presented in a contest at the Teatro Nacional Cervantes of Buenos Aires, which was chosen among 10 dancers to fill the role of vedette.
She was married her manager and agent, an ex-boxer with whom she suffered various physical and verbal abuses.
Tixou husband abandoned her, leaving her in economic ruin. Subsequently, she endured but emerged from severe depression.

Later, he worked as a manager. Bendori was part of the Maccabi Michael youth team, which won back to back youth championship in the mid-1940s.
During 1946 Bendori was promoted to the senior team and played with the team until the end of the 1959–60 season, winning 6 league titles and 6 cups with the club.
When he retired, he coached several teams without much success and served as the national team's director.
He was 20 years during the Israeli War for Independence, fought in the Samson's Foxes unit, and was injured on the Egyptian front, near Iraq Suwaydan, when the jeep he was driving was bombarded.
He was hospitalized for several weeks and was released to take part in the national teams' tour of the U.S.

Bai Hua, Chinese novelist, playwright and poet, Died at 88
Bai Hua was born Chen Youhua on November 20, 1930, in Xinyang, Henan and died on January 15, 2019.
He was a Chinese novelist, playwright and poet.
Bai earned national fame for his plays based on uncompromising historical criticism.
Hua began publishing poems at the age of fifteen under his current name.
Most them featuring in the Southern Henan Daily.
Hua worked in a Shanghai film studio in the early 1960s, and produced several influential dramas and films in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Bitter Love his book was turned in a flim called The Sun and the People in 1980.
Hua resided in retirement in Shanghai with his wife.
Hua most recent poem was published in 2009.
