Jagjit Singh Chopra, Indian neurologist, Died at 84

Jagjit Singh Chopra was born on June 15, 1935 and died on January 19, 2019.


He was an Indian nervous system specialist, medicinal essayist and an Emeritus Professor of the Department of Neurology at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER).

Atin Bandyopadhyay or Atin was born in 1934, in Dhaka, Bangladesh and died on January 19, 2019.

Evloghios, German-born Italian Orthodox bishop, Died at 83

Evloghios (Hessler) was born on February 21, 1935, in Dortmund, Province of Westphalia, Germany, and died on January 21, 2019.

He was Archbishop of Milan and Longobardia, and Orthodox Metropolitan of Aquileia and Western Europe (Italian: Evloghios, Arcivescovo di Milano e Longobardia, Metropolitan Ortodosso di Aquileia e del’Europa Occidentale; secular name Klaus Augustin Hessler) and Primate of the Holy Synod of Milan.

It was reported that he was hospitalized in serious condition, on January 19, 2019.

Evloghios passed away at 83 years old.

Charles Kettles, American colonel, Died at 89

Charles S. Kettles was born on January 9, 1930. in Ypsilanti, Michigan and died on January 21, 2019.

He was a United States Army lieutenant colonel and a Medal of Honor recipient.
