Abdul Salam was born on October 9, 1946 and died on December 19, 2018.
He was an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema.
He was more popular by his stage name Geetha Salam.
He was well known for Malabar Wedding, Jalolsavam (2004) and John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu (2014).
Salam resided in Krishnapuram, Alappuzha, Kerala. Salam was featured in more than 82 Films and some TV series. Rahmath was his wife and is survived by two sons, Shan and Shaheen.
Salam began his film career in the Malayalam film Mani Koya Kurup (1979) directed by S. S. Devadas and produced by P. P. Jose. Salam's 2nd movie was Megasandesam (Horror movie), directed by Rajasenan and produced by K. Radhakrishnan.
Geetha Salam passed away at 72 years old.
