Eric Haydock, British Hall of Fame bassist,Died at 75

Eric Haydock was born Eric John Haddock on February 3,1943 and died on January 5, 2019.

He was a British musician.

He was best known as the original bass guitarist of The Hollies from December 1962 until July 1966.

He was one of the principal British artists to play a Fender Bass VI, a six-string bass.

Although considered a great bass guitarist, Haydock was replaced in 1966 by Bernie Calvert, after disputes related to the conduct of the band's managers.

Eric Haydock passed away at 75 years old.
